Derelict olive plantation under renovation

1. A secluded piece of land with ancient olive trees (some in excess of 1.000 years) which I am bringing back into full production while following all permacultural principals where possible.
2. Woofers will be involved in but not limited to the following- Olive trees restoration and pruning, preparation for and planting new olive trees, compost making, vegetable gardening, stone picking, building stone walls, building gabions to reduce soil erosion, helping in a prototype aquaponics project.
3. The programme for a woofers work day will start with breakfast at an agreed time, short discussion as to work schedule, any necessary demonstrations as to how to accomplish the work. The work that woofers undertake will be made as variable and as interesting as possible to avoid boredom.
Lunch will be at a mutually agreed time. Continuation of the days schedule (work wise and or social) Supper at a mutually agreed time
Vaping and the use of tobacco or drugs of any sort will not be tolerated on my property.
4. I have many interests including gardening, cooking, rearing parrots, aquaponics, DIY projects, wide taste in music, reading and keeping up with world events.
