Hola, Slow Cavern es un proyecto basado en la agroecologia donde queremos desarrollar sistemas sostenibles para la producción de alimentos con bajo consumo de agua. Tambien desarrollar el concepto de la economia circular en la agricultura. tenemos varias construcciones para alojamiento, incluido un domo geodesico que queremos finalizar la obra. 1.-Puesta en marcha del huerto de hortalizas, 2 puesta en marcha de huerto de arboles frutales 3.-Puesta en marcha de biodigestor para la obtención de gas para cocinar y digestato para abono. 4.-Arreglo del gallinero,5.-Creación de granja de lombrices, 6.-Arreglo de sala de trabajo y alojamientos., 6.-Desarrollo de sistemas de agricultura basada en la acuaponía y agricultura hidroponica ecologica. Tenemos un alojamiento bioclimatico con capacidad para 10 personas. Estamos finalizando las obras de otros alojamientos para otras 5 personas. Se harán tres comidas diarias (desayuno, comida y cena) y también habra despensa con alimentos varios y frutas, etc. para comer cuando se quiera. La zona esta muy cerca del Mar Menor, salinas de San Pedro, etc. (10 Km) del parque regional de Calblanque ( 35 km), asi como de varios espacios protegidos como El Valle Carrascoy, Sierra de Columbares, Altaona que es zona de proteccion de aves ( 2 km) Las playas del Mar Mediterraneo estan a 10 km. Espacios naturales de la comunidad valenciana como las salinas de La Mata y Torrevieja, etc. están a 20 km de nuestra ubicación.
